The personal data stated in the agreement, especially name, address, and phone number, which are necessary and required for the sole purpose of the implementation of a possible contractual relationship, are legally collected. This applies in particular for forwarding your CV.
Your consent is required for any further use of the data and the collection of additional information.

You agree that HR-CS Consulting and Services may discuss your data with the client based on the project. You will be notified about the client and the client will not contact you before we have made an agreement with you. The contact may take place through us.

According to paragraph 15 DSGVO you can request detailed information on the data stored about you by HR Consulting and Services at any time.
According to paragraph 17 DSGVO you can request the correction, deletion and blocking of your personal data by HR Consulting and Services at any time.
Furthermore, you can make use of your right to withdraw at any time without explanations and change the consent given with effect for the future, or completely revoke consent. You can submit the cancellation by mail, email or fax to HR Consulting and Services. There is no cost to you other than postage or transfer costs according to current prices.
